CeramTec team at the charity run for the Fichtelgebirge Hospital

The Breast Centre at the Klinikum Fichtelgebirge organised a special fundraising campaign in September: funds were raised at a charity run to purchase special cooling caps that can help reduce hair loss during chemotherapy. The aim of this initiative is to give affected patients a sense of normality and well-being during a challenging time.

The CeramTec Marktredwitz team also showed great commitment during this year's Pinktober campaign month: despite the rain and cool temperatures, 17 employees ran numerous laps for a good cause. CeramTec rounded up the amount collected so that a total of 1,000 euros could be handed over to the Fichtelgebirge Hospital.
