CeramTec at ENLIT 2024: Advanced Ultrasonic Solutions
Visit us at ENLIT Europe in Milan from 22 - 24 October 2024! This year, our booth will be all about novel piezoelectric ceramic solutions and ultrasonic technologies for flow measurement applications.
Discover our liquid-coupled ultrasonic flow sensors
We are dedicated to producing the highest quality liquid-coupled sensors, with a focus on stability over a wide range of standard measurement temperatures. We control the entire manufacturing process, with vertical integration from powder and piezo-ceramic manufacturing to complete assembly technology. This end-to-end control allows for a high degree of interference matching between sensors, resulting in consistent and reliable performance across the full range of measurement temperatures. By using a highly repeatable process, our sensors require no coupling to create a platform for accurate measurement. This reproducibility pushes the limits of accuracy achievable for residential flow meters with state-of-the-art electronics, while also streamlining the calibration process for our customers, saving valuable time and resources.
Your advantages at a glance:
- New levels of accuracy and repeatability in ultrasonic flow sensing applications
- Unique piezoceramic material expertise
- Application oriented sensor design capability
- Vertical integration from raw materials to assembled sensors
- future-proofed ultrasonic technology - covering all volume ranges
